Today is bitter-sweet as we step into the next chapter of our journey. We are extremely excited to announce AJ 1-2-1 Coaching is now Calculated Performance. 

AJ 1-2-1 Coaching has seen tremendous success over the past 2 years, and grown way beyond just us. We are blessed to have a team of 27 coaches, operating across 2 countries, working with 200+ players each week. We feel AJ 1-2-1 Coaching has evolved and outgrown the name and no longer represents the true vision and identity of the current work we conduct and the work we plan to conduct in the future.

We believe Calculated Performance as a brand aligns better to our future goals and aspirations, as we take huge leaps in developing our athletes holistically and not just technically.

The past 2 years have been extremely humbling with the number of players, parents, friends, family and followers who have supported and trusted the brand, and for that we will be forever grateful. We know with your continued support we can grow Calculated Performance to provide professional provision to many more aspiring footballers. 

Calculated Performance’s mission is to provide professional football provision which aims to impact and develop the complete athlete. 

We have exciting plans in the pipeline, which will come into fruition in good timing. Quality and professionalism will continue to be at the heart of everything we do.

There has been no change in the company structure or shareholdings. This has been a completely internal decision made to benefit our existing and future athletes. We will continue to offer the same service with the same quality and professionalism, just now with a new identity.
