Through specially designed practices we aim to perfect the athlete’s technique. All areas are covered here, from mastering the ball, to control of the ball, to striking of the ball.
The physical development of a player is also very important, especially the higher up in the game they compete. We look to improve the player's physical ability on the pitch and also in the gym.
We aim to train the athlete to be ready to make effective decisions, and deal with the pressures football can present itself. We encourage the player to develop a better relationship with mistakes. It is important our athlete’s can think for themselves.
We maintain a high level of team spirit, this is a non-negotiable for us: from the coaches to the athletes, everybody is responsible for making everyone feel a belonging to the team.
