Our Elite Performance Program offers personalised training sessions for athletes in elite football environments. This program is designed for athletes aged 16+ who are scholar-athletes, semi-professional, or professional athletes. Fine-tune your overall performance with this program.
This bespoke coaching programme is delivered by our Director of Football, Hugh Ferguson, our Head of Physical Performance, Jack Bates, and overseen by our Founder, Jack Dunkerley. Our elite coaching team have experience working with professional and international level players, and will use their expertise to develop a training plan tailored to your specific goals and needs.
Each session will focus on improving your technical skills and physical conditioning. We also offer flexibility in terms of scheduling and location, so you can train at a time and place that is convenient for you.

The program is delivered in a 6, 8 or a 12-session block with each session being 90 minutes long. Each package includes a personalised weekly training schedule, intensive technical & physical training, this program also includes a gym-based program, over seen by our Head of Physical Performance.
